What is processed—and why?
When you contact me
I process the information you include in your email, such as your name, contact details, organisation, and message, to reply, assess a possible engagement, and manage any resulting professional relationship. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract where applicable, and my legitimate interest in managing professional communications.
When you visit the site
Hosting and security providers process technical request data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and security signals so the site can be delivered, protected, and kept available. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
The visit counter
The site stores one aggregate count and its last update time. It does not store an IP address, cookie identifier, user account, or a separate row for each visit.
Retention
Contact messages are kept only for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting relationship, then for applicable legal limitation periods. Technical security data is retained according to the provider's operational and security periods. The aggregate counter has no visitor-level data to retain.
No automated decisions or profiling are carried out through this site.

Who helps operate the site?
Infrastructure providers may process limited data on my behalf for hosting, database operation, security, content delivery, and email. Cloudflare provides delivery and security services for this site.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers must rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

04 · Your rights
You remain in control.
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
